Tipp Monroe Community Services (TMCS) is a local nonprofit organization responsible for identifying and filling the needs of Tipp City and Monroe Township residents. We provide recreational, educational, and cultural programs at reasonable prices for all ages. Tipp Monroe Community Services works to improve the standard of living in our community and enjoys broad support from local residents, businesses, city and township government, and the Board of Education.

Tipp-Monroe Community Services works to improve the standard of living in our community and enjoys broad support from local residents and businesses. In fact, the 2001 levy renewal passed by a margin of nearly three to one.

The direction of Tipp-Monroe Community Services is set by the Board of Trustees and the Advisory Committee. The Advisory Committee consists of representatives from Township Trustees, City Council, Board of Education, and many other community businesses.
