Speed Racer (Hirsch), a skilled young car driver who belongs to a family of gearheads, is blackmailed by the head of the nefarious corporation Royalton Industries to participate in The Crucible -- the annual cross-country rally that claimed his brother's life years ago. Behind the wheel of the Mach 5, his father's greatest invention, Speed goes head-to-head with his chief rival, the mysterious-yet-familiar Racer X (Fox).
Joy (Diaz) and Jack (Kutcher) meet while on a Las Vegas bender, where their drunken nuptials are only part of a larger problem: What to do when Jack wins $3 million with Joy's quarter, and they are forced to spend six months as wife and husband if they are to see a penny of their winnings.
In a hospital on the outskirts of 1920s Los Angeles, an injured stuntman (Pace) begins to tell a fellow patient, a little girl with a broken arm (Untaru), a fantastical story about 5 mythical heroes. Thanks to his fractured state of mind and her vivid imagination, the line between fiction and reality starts to blur as the tale advances.

If you’re a county fair buff, you’ll have many opportunities to have fun in the month of August.
Each fair in the Miami Valley contains its own special blend of hometown appeal including a variety of different musical acts, a display of unique food and all the games, rides and crafts you can handle.
As always, each fair will demonstrate local livestock, gardening and 4-H projects among other special activites.
The harvest season is also
the busiest festival season in the Miami Valley
with the most famous fall festival taking
place in Bradford and lasting four days and
including multiple parades, confetti galore,
rides and games.
Also in fall is Tipp City's
main festival in the Mum Festival, which
includes a small town parade and a City Park
filled with food, crafts and other fun activities.
Although festivals begin to
settle into the winter air in the Miami Valley,
the fun doesn't end with cooler weather.
One
of the largest shopping events in the area takes place in downtown Tipp City
during Winters Gathering and in Piqua, Christmas
on the Green gets everyone in the Christmas
spirit.
